There are New Yorkers, and then there are native New Yorkers - teh ones who were born in the city that never sleeps. Born and raised on the lower East side, Joe grew up exposed to the vast diversity of ethnic customs, languages, and a deep love for New York City street food.

In 2003, Joe made the move to Virginia. He opened a hotdog stand in Newport News and quickly set the goal of pushing his dream further to opening a food truck where he could bring not only the taste of New York to Hampton Roads, but some of the culture of the city. To provide more than food, but an experience.
